My motivation is dwindling ugh. All I want is pizza and bread lol mmmm bread!! There should be a theme park for bread, bread everything, and pizza everything, that’s be my Disney World lol Wait in line to ride the pizza belt lol

What the hell am I even saying idk, all I know is that I don’t know what to cook and tomorrow there will be a snowstorm and I have no ideas.

Have some bread. Seriously, it's not going to kill you... There are lots of low calorie options available at most stores these days.

healthy life. that's amazingly good for light wheat bread. I use Aldi brand 70 cals 2 slices and like 11 net carbs. Im not low card but I figured out while cutting last year it saves calories So I can eat more. 😁😁 never went back.

Either portion out just enough, or make your own so you can control what you are eating. I like to make an individual pizza out of a small naan and I used grilled chicken and spinach on it with a light sprinkle of mozz. It works for me and I think youll figure something out that works for you! Plus I can make it at work in the microwave so that helps too!

This is what I do for cravings. I make a lot of healthy but filling food, like pasta salad with whole wheat pasta and lots of vegetables. I put it in front of me, then eat a little bit of whatever it is I'm craving (e.g. a small slice of pizza), then eat the pasta salad until I'm full. Or sometimes I tell myself I can have an ounce of really good chocolate if I eat two high-fiber vegetables or fruits first. That keeps me from snarfing down a whole pizza or chocolate bar all by myself. Please don't give up on yourself. Your good health really is worth the struggle, and it does get easier after a while. You'll learn to cook healthy foods and you'll eat junk sometimes but gradually the healthy food will dominate and you'll start to feel so much better.

Nature’s Own heart healthy has a sugar free bread that’s 50 calories a slice. ☺️
