I got very disappointed on Christmas Day when saw pics of myself and I was deeply sad on New Year’s Eve I felt completely failed cause I’ve got more weight still after Christmas I shouldn’t stopped my diet on summer time. Very regretted.I’ll not feel this pain this year I’ll make it this year!

don't be tough on yourself. I practice self compassion because beating myself up just makes me emotional and I wanna eat more. chin up! you got this.

Keep going, you will get there :). Keep off the white foods was something someone told me but I am on steroids and love the white foods lol
