aww. I feel for you. my wife was amazing in the kitchen. me on the other hand am a hot mess. I'm amazed I've gained weight these last 2 years.

It did not taste too good. Threw it out. With the collapse, it was basically a lime/sugar paste on the bottom with some egg on top. Will try again though.

aww! Did you get enough air in it? or maybe knocked to much out mixing in the meringue? Also might try cooking it in a tray of water.

I never thought they were that great. Made 1 myself, still not impressed. I would rather have a light airy cheese cake.

hope this makes u laugh. I made a lemon meringue pie once. couldn't get it to thicken so I kept cooking and stirring. basically I made lemony scrambled eggs. 😁😁
