Nice cool day, got walk in around lunch time. R&J left today. Whole week of heavy southern style cooking complete with biscuits and deserts. NOT FOR ME! I had exactly what I was supposed to have on my plan. I have an appointment with a trainer at the Y on Monday at 11am to show me how to use the equipment, and I am going to check on the water aerobics while I am there. Sometimes I wonder if this is really me...
