My breakfast doesnt actually show true on this.. I didn't have breakfast as I was going to the gym but I squeezed three carrots, an apple and two tangerines.. it was good..

When I got back I had some smoked mackrel with chinese cabbage, pak choi and onions, peppers and tomatoes with one slice of wholemeal pitta with a dash of tobasco sauce.. I didnt fill my plate but I feel content I have been drinking water all day and will continue to do so.. Hope that give a better account of what I have eaten today..
