So far I'd say this site is already helping me. Before when I did my Weight Watchers, I had no one really holding me accountable. And even though I only have one buddy so far on this site, I already feel like if I slip up and totally blow off my new lifestyle that everyone will know! So even though only navychickmbl and I are the only ones even reading my jounal, it helps. Case in point, last night I was going to eat a whole box of mac n cheese without even looking at the points because it had been a long day and I deserved to splurge a little! But after reading navychick's comments (thanks!), I looked at the box and there was no way in hell I was going to eat it after that!!! So I had my standby favy, Mexican Egg Scramble and some tortilla chips then called it a night.
