So I am really excited about dropping the pounds that I have the last 2 weeks. I am nervous though as I reach the weight that I plateaued at last fall. I just couldn't get past the 258-263 mark and gave up. I really need to focus on getting past any plateaus I run into and push through. I know how to get past plateaus, confuse your body, but it can get so discouraging.

I will get through any issues I run into and I WILL lose this weight. :)
