Today is Huge. it marks 8 months on a Ketogenic/Anti-inflammatory diet. I was praying Lord let me hit 70 lbs lost on my 8th month date. He did me one better I have lost 71 lbs. I totally stand in Awe of My heavenly Father. yesterday I went out shopping all day to multiple stores. I have not done that in years without being in such Severe pain for a couple of days after. I'm ready to go again today. Freedom!
So 71 x 4 = 284 Pounds of Pressure off my knees. Wow! Once again Jesus I can never repay you for all you have done for me. I am a New creature in you and it shows. I just love that. ❤

Absolutely awesome! Am praising God with you and for this report. I need to take a chapter from your book. I am in so much pain...back, hips, feet, shoulder (from an injury) and some days are a real struggle. I will be 69 next week, retiring the end of the month and want more from myself than I've been giving. Blessings as you continue your journey!
