My exercise today has been cleaning and indoor walking. I didn't feel up to doing much today. I had checked on my current BMI using the online calculator. Mine is currently 57. My goal now is to bring it down to 48. I hope I can manage to lose 20lbs within the next few months.

I’m in the middle of folding the laundry from last night, so I hear ya. That said, I’ll be going for a walk later because I need to empty my brain.

The most important thing in exercise is to avoid injury. It is also important to take a break from exercise when you feel discomfort in your joints.
