Hello. I joined this app a couple of days ago. I am finding it so motivating to start my weight loss journey again. The support and comments in this community is amazing. I thank you all for sharing and being honest! How often does everyone weigh in? What does this program suggest? Thanks so much.

I used to weigh in every day until a couple of months ago. Now it’s maybe once a week. I lost weight and was much more successful with the daily weigh-ins (the losses encouraged me and the gains motivated me.) But everyone is different! Best time for most people is first thing in the morning; after toileting but before dressing for the day.
