Joined a gym yesterday! I'm pretty sore; going to guess it's water gain. Or I gained 0.6 pounds of muscle in one day. 💪 Go me!

Haha, Kenna. No one told I'm full of shit quite so straightforwardly. And no, it's unlikely. I've lost weight after Thanksgiving. Unless poop magically materialized two days later - it's not it. Although 0.9 pound gain due to sore muscles sounds like a bit much. Tomorrow will tell.

When I lift heavy I can gain a pound sometimes 2 in water. Always comes off fast.

HeBrews, you actually DO have muscles that can hold on to water; 2 pounds sounds reasonable given your physique. I don't have a whole lot to speak of. I hope you are right though, cause I've gained another pound today. And I'm even more sore - sitting down is going to be 'an activity' throughout the day))).
