I'm tired of websites showing meals of super TINY portions for 250cal. I have found many things to eat under 250, but Im feeling bored with them. I hope this post gets traction.
Lets share ideas/recipes.
What are your go to meals that are 250cal or less?

One of my favorite go to meals is Beef pinwheels with feta or mozzarella and spinach. A thin (weighed) cut of beef, tenderized and layed out flat. put down 1/2 cup loose leaf spinach, then add your cheese of choice using 1/4 cup or less. Roll it up like a pinwheel and bake it 18 min at 425. glorious...gooey and most of all FILLING.

Eggs, lettuce wrapped in nori and kimchi or greek yogurt with blueberries and some walnuts.

Its taste great and great for gut health too 🙂

The only thing I can think of off the top is cabbage soup or stuffed cabbage.

Ooo!!! Cabbage is a good one. I forgot about that. I do cabbage and sausage. My favorite is an HEB brand venison and pork. The entire sausage link is 600 calories so I cut it in half. Then I take that half, cut it into small pieces, dice up an entire head of green cabbage and cook them together with about 2 cups of veggie broth. It makes enough for 6 large bowls of food. I could LIVE off of that it is so good!!

Yum. Venison & pork sounds like a good combo. When I do sausage, I take it out of the casing & cook out the fat. Though in your case with venison it's probably already lower in fat.

Riced cauliflour, a small can of chicken breast, 1/4 cup alfredo sauce, pepper. Hits me right in my mac and cheese spot for 180 calories for about 3 cups of food.

Can’t think of any meal that is that much until I cut it into smaller portions
