Hey, just try to not overeat too bad (that’s my biggest challenge, I’m a binge eater). A day or so won’t hurt your diet. Don’t even try to record your calories, Thanksgiving is for celebrating with family and food, relax and enjoy. 🥰

you can do small portion sizes and just think that it's one day and let it be your cheat day.

Hello Everyone, My name is Maryann, and I am new to this program. But not to dieting. I would like to say thank you for your different meal plans. It all looks good. One thing about the holidays, we can enjoy the meals and sweets during this time. I plan on, drinking water and eating low calories. Bring a vegetables and low calorie dip.
