damn that is a mean leg workout! i hate leg days. what's the goal with this kind of workout? i.e. strength/power/both? do you train for a specific sport?

Ouch! My legs hurt just reading your workout lol! Single leg squats, those are killers... Thank you for posting your workouts, they are very inspiring.

@rxavier - the goal is just go 'til it hurts, haha. The first couple exercises are more strength focused. Today with the single leg squats I added the box jump for power. Something I thought of on the fly the other night when training some clients.

lol "go til it hurts" is a great goal. that's awesome man. reason i ask about a sport is when i see this level of performance i think "dude, you should really go compete in something and clean up!".
