@wifey...seriously, it's just pinto beans and water in the instapot, but I cook it longer to make the sauce thicker. Then I added 1 tsp of light butter, dash of salt & pepper....done!😁

Wifey, if you want a good red bean recipe, buy the Camellia Brand red beans and follow the recipe on the back for red beans & rice. Genuine New Orleans recipe. I love to cook it in my Instant Pot, best beans ever.
