Feeling a bit down. Two days in a row of doing high-protein low-carb and my cravings for Chinese food , etc are setting in. I'm used to eating that all the time and my body isn't used to this way of eating. Although I'm not deprived, I still would like the fattening stuff like potatoes and whatever else. I did do some morning stretches but that's about it. I do plan on going walking later though.
