My exercise today was walking. I had didn't walk as much as I wanted to but I did walk a half a mile today plus what I had done shopping at Wal-Mart and Dollar Tree. I had done at least 30 minutes of walking total for shopping. The rest was indoor walking at home. My weigh in today wasn't the best but it was a small drop. I am getting close to my goal of 330lbs. This I hope to lose at least 6.7lbs-7.5lbs. I had been using my dumbbells at least every other day. I walk most of the time. I do plan on investing in a fit bit soon.
