Well I've hit another stall. I have been down 18 pounds for a while now and am very frustrated. The good thing is that its made me more determined as opposed to wanting to give up. Last night, somebody at the gym asked me if I had either lost weight or was sick. Weird, I thought you were supposed to look better the healthier you got, not sick...lol
