I had a hard run on the treadmill tonight. I did 2 miles in 19.10 min. My eating is going much better these days and my weight is coming back down.
I have a yummy sounding dinner in the oven. I hope it turns out good. It's an Asian chicken dish over rice noodles with scallions on top. I marinated the chicken since last night in soy, honey, sesame oil, garlic and few other things. It will prob be high in sodium though and I am still feeling a little swollen.
I'm ready for Biggest Loser tonight...anyone else? It always inspires me.
