Dropped the processed and high sodium foods and load up even more on fruits/veggies and you will drop weight like crazy. Be well

Thank you. If I have cravings I have to make some of them as healthy as I see fit or I will fail at this diet. I could've very easily ordered a pepperoni pizza!
