Thanks it was. Unfortunately I dropped and broke the bowl after I took this pic and had to share my fiancé’s serving, thankfully he wasn’t too hungry:)

how is the red lentil pasta?

Thank you everyone! The red lentil pasta is quite good. No recipe, I just sautéed the shrimps in olive oil and margarine then added nutritional yeast, white cooking wine, lemon juice, shredded cheese, and salt and pepper and kale. Made the pasta separately and then combined the two. 😋

Looks great! ❤ pasta!!! I bought nutritional yeast months ago but forget to use it. I'm glad you mentioned it. I will have to try adding it to my pastas!

I've only used nutritional yeast on popcorn....thanks for mentioning it on pasta...will give it a try 🍿
