Yesterday was tough! It reminded me of the early days when I first started this way of eating and was chasing ketosis. I felt ill and after the shopping expedition I spent the rest of the evening in bed - even that didn't help much. For my suffering, I lost 2 lbs and I am 195 today. Today should hopefully be better. Hanging tough! Scrambled egg and coffee for breakfast today. Salmon for later. When you are trying to get back in ketosis it requires simple, focused eating - which can be boring, but it does the job (that's the important thing). I hope you all have a great day friends.
