Wow i havent been on fatsecret for a long while...with college work forming a mound ive lacked time. However my diet has suffered as a result of all this stress. ive gone up to 59kg :(. Ive just been snacking constantlyon fatty foods and even had a sneaky chinese buffy whilst away in bristol...although i regret it all now! iv also been getting adominal problems, i reckon its all the cheese ive been consuming! ive decided that now its time to get back on track! so im keeping it slighlty higher in carbs but alot lower in fat! thats an aim for this week! i really wish to get back down to 55kg! otherwise all my hardwork will have been for nothing!
