Day 13 of Cycle 1. Loss so far just over 14 pounds. Hubby hit 12 yesterday and the dd hit 4. Kids don't follow as strict as Mom and Dad. DD was 115 at 4'8" a little overweight but headed for the cliff quickly. Cut the snacks out offer her fruit and peas and carrots instead and she is moving in the right direction. Son is in fb so he has to eat more to keep up with the rigorous schedule. But his DR. Said that his weight in relation his height and muscle structure is good. Today I hit the farmers market with my girlies. I hope I can be strong with all that yummy tempting street food. Good luck to all today.
