My 2nd and final Peloton ride…last day at the hotel. 20min beginner ride, at 12 minutes the sweat starts and just doesn’t stop…I guess 140 watts is good for my fitness level. 220 calories gone!

No doubt…I don’t know if I could have kept that pace for 30 minutes. I was hoping you would chime in…I read some things about watts/kg and feel like a total noob but your affirmation of the intensity I felt helps a lot! Thanks, Tai.

This is new to me. What do they do with the kilowatts? Pump them back into the grid? Would it eventually pay off the cost of the machine? Very cool! Thanks for the education.

BTincher, it’s just a measure of power equating energy expenditure to electricity…not pumped back into the grid. Don’t let AOC know though…you’ll be mandated to bike your way to electricity. 🤣 But for real 😳 .
