Been on and off last week & found this cook app on my second day. Yesterday Monday 10/11 was my first day and I lost 4 pounds in 1 day. I love seeing my weight go down & I feel great. My cousin is on my ass about it & im thankful. I need to change my ways & eat and make a better lifestyle.
