Yes, contains lots of sugar and carbohydrate's which break down in your body as in more sugars, not many calories, tens to throw my body off the charts if I ate to much of them . Buts thats just me !!!

Every healthy diet includes fresh fruits (even for diabetics) and I love melons too. My mom LOVED cantaloupe. She'd cut 1 in half, scoop out the seeds and fill the center with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! It may sound like an odd combination but is absolutely delicious!😋 Try it sometime and let me know what you think.

I love melon, a big bowl of it. Refreshing, low calorie and adds water to your daily intake. Yum!

Always room for a bit of melon. Love fruits. We used to love the ice cream and melon too. Now, I'm just hapoy to have the melon.
