I did a cardio work out from You Tube yesterday that utilized a lot of ballet dance moves, squats, and lunches. That coupled with my previous stair work out, my legs are sore!!! But, I kind of love it. It means I'm building muscle!

Even though today is my "off" day, I did an ab work-out. Go me!

My sleep schedule has been off and I've been staying up past one every night. I've got to get that under coontrol! (It is 1:10 am right now). Tomorrow, I plan to get into bed around 10:30 and then read. Hopefully, if I resist a nap, I can be fast alseep before midnight. Being a night owl sure does have its disadvantages!

I have the same problem of staying up late. When I see puhpine weigh in, I know I have stayed up too late! I'm in the Chicago time zone and should be in bed while Maud is in Europe getting up to start her day!
