Day 2 of logging food and exercise.
Stayed on the treadmill until heel pain was unbearable (I have had issues with it since spring... will seek a second opinion.) Transitioned immediately to weights. Yesterday I did Biceps and shoulders. Today was Triceps and Chest.
Ate 2070 calories today a little more than yesterday but tomorrow will be in the 1500 - 1800 calorie range.
Today was a good day. Ending it with 1 cold Bud light.
