Well it's pouring rain here today. My afternoon walk will have to wait. Months of bad weather is headed our way, here in New England. I just went online and bought myself something that I've wanted for a long time - a rebounder (mini trampoline), so that I can get some exercise at home during the winter months. I hope that it will inspire me to have some fun with it and get some regular exercise without having to out into the winter weather. I count on working in my garden for 6 months of the year, and walking, but from November on there needs to be an indoor option in place. Cheers! I hope it's sunny on your patch of earth today!

The weather cleared and I got out. My husband joined me. He slowed me down, but it was nice to spend the time with him and the little doggies.

I once read that the rebounder was helpful to prevent bone loss (and rebuild bone). Whether true or not, seems like a fun way to exercise.
