Checked out for the weekend. Did yoga yesterday morning for the first time. I've been recording a show but finally got off my butt to try it. Felt great! I'm definitely not a limber person. Made pierogies for my niece's birthday on Tuesday. Did a horrible job keeping track of my food, but I don't think I ate too poorly. I've been forcing myself to remember to drink water. I think I got up to 50ish ounces one day which is a vast improvement on forgetting to drink at all let alone drink water. Time to get back at it.
