Back from my road trip. Couldn't wait to get back on the bike. 23 miles this afternoon on a gloriously sunny pre-fall day. Kept pretty much on plan. 13,000 steps yesterday as dinner was a good walk from the hotel. Kind of a spartan hotel brecky. Tonight's dinner: oyster sauce glazed sablefish, zucchini fan and sweet potato. Under 400 cals for mine w/o butter. Make it, log it, eat it.

Hey can I get secret of uploading multiple pics in series or do you use iphone app?

I take pics using my phone which automatically puts them in Google photos which I access using my laptop. The best way to post pics and text is to make a journal entry using the desktop app and not the phone. The "make a journal entry "is the icon furthest right, to the right of the weigh in icon. In the journal there is a box for text. Below that is an icon that says upload a picture. Click that and upload the square cropped images from your download folder one at a time, saving each photo before moving on. When done with text and pics., save the whole think at the bottom right. Happy posting.
Tip: FS crops everything square, no alternative. Before making a journal entry, I download my pics from Google photos to my laptop and crop them square.
