Good morning all, as I'm into week 4-5 (don't rem) I feel great. I haven't been hungry this week, although I did lightly crave from time to time. I've only had one dessert, and that was last Monday. I've increased my pull-ups from 9 to 20. Not too shabby from an old fart, I've got to break 33 to beat an all-time best (all good form BTW). Peace and the best to you. This is what gives me the encouragement to continue. Make your own success, for no one will accomplish it for you.
