Thx for sharing a calorie & fat free b'fast. Learning to only eat with my eyes until it's cheat day. Just a tiny urge to run out to local diner & find my all time fav, cream puff. I can ignore urge now, b/c I know it doesn't taste as good as I think. So not worth the fat & calories. One good thing about living in a food desert area, helps with weight management.
