Weeeeell. I held steady. This is so slow. I stayed just under 1400 calories average in August. I plan to stay just under 1300 calories average in Sept. I’ve been working my way down, 100 calories at a time, each month. I won’t drop below 1200. If I don’t lose any faster after that, so be it. This is my second week in the 220s. That’s a good thing.
(I just checked back. I HAVE lost 10 lbs since the first weigh-in in June. It’s horribly slow, but the win is that I have journaled my food every single day since the 1st of April . . . the good and the bad.)
