Just back from my now regular 5.3 mile quickie walk, the last to be recorded this month. I managed a 14:55 pace. There is 561ft of elevation to contend with and this includes three particularly long and steep hills - I try and fast pace up them and treat them like it's stair climbing it's very hard work - but fun trying to improve each time.

Riley our recently acquired 10 year old rescue cat is settling in better now and has been enjoying himself in the garden. The light was nice and he stayed still for a little while so I was able to take a few snaps, image below is the best of them.
