Today is not my normal weigh in day but since I went to lunch yesterday with my niece, I was curious. A gain? Yes, 1.3. Not as bad as I thought but bad enough!!! At the Mexican restaurant I had one margarita, then water. I had a grilled chicken breast witch was good, I ate half my rice and about 1/4th of my beans. the chicken breast was HUGE!! I only ate half of that. All and all not too bad, could have been much worse!! So today, back on track and drinking lots of water!!
