Post workout snack of almonds, dark chocolate, and frozen banana as I finish up the last bits of day 21 of 75 Hard Challenge. I still need to finish my reading and about 30 oz of water. Week 3 has been tough but it’s almost complete! ♠️ 💀

75 Hard is a mental toughness challenge where you have to complete a series of tasks every day. If you skip a task, you start over. I definitely recommend the challenge being in decent shape when you start or talking to your doctor if you’re unsure about doing it.

Tasks:
(1) Two 45 minute workouts, separated by at least 2-3 hours (not back to back).
(2) One of the workouts must be outdoors.
(3) One gallon of water.
(4) Read 10 pages of nonfiction.
(5) Follow a diet.
(6) Take a progress picture.
(7) No alcohol or cheat meals.
