Since I am currently weighing 333, I am hoping to get down at least to 300lbs by the end of next month. I have not seen 300lbs since about a couple years ago. It would be nice to be headed towards the 280s. The lowest I think I used to be at was 264lbs and that was four years ago. So since today is one of my off days from the gym I do plan on going walking this evening when it cools down and less bees.

Hey, Morgan. That is a ton of weight to target for one month. If you get 5-10 pounds off you should consider that a huge win. A realistic goal is 100 pounds in a year. Good luck.
