I had been dying to try the juice cleanse lifestyle. I had met some people who do it and they had reaped all kinds of benefits from it. I had never done the juice cleanse before, but I look forward to it. And it would be great for in the mornings to have as a breakfast in of having carbs like cereal and oatmeal. I do eat eggs and whole wheat toast in the morning sometimes, but I try not to have it often like I did before. Only because I have to watch my cholesterol. I think doing this would help me health wise.
