I’ve been wondering why my Potassium intake seems so low...turns out I’ll be editing just about every item I add to my daily food diary. Simple things like tomato sauce often have 0mg potassium listed in the nutrition info here on FS. There should be over 500mg of potassium per serving of tomato sauce. Are people lazy when entering the info? Smh.

My Potassium intake doubled yesterday just by editing tomato sauce and frozen salmon to reflect proper levels.
