Another slight movement down. This is excellent. It's pouring rain outside (so much for Chaucer's 'droghte of Marche', though an Atlanta 'Aprille' will make us all long for 'showres sote').
I tried on my new, more summery, shirts last night. They don't, quite, fit yet. But I'm almost there. I probably have to lose another 6-7 pounds. My trousers are getting loose, and my belt has gone from having to be set in the first hole to the fourth.
In another pound and a half, I'll be at 17 stone. Last November, I weighed 20. I've lost three stone since mid-autumn, and spring is almost upon us. In fact, I've lost over ten stone in a year! I hit the ten-stone mark this past week.
Still, I need to focus on what I have to do.
