Quarantining due to Thursday Covid exposure. Ms.G and I will get tested tomorrow. or Tuesday. So far feeling "normal" after 3 full days.

Took advantage of inability to attend family party to prep all this stuff. Mushroom, onion, poblano mix (used other half in this morning's scramble). A pound of pressure cooked Mayacoba beans with Mexican oregano, thyme and red pepper flake (and the stems from a bunch of cilantro), lemony pickled okra. turmeric sweet pickled daikon, and 8.25 lbs of portioned, weighed and bagged pork loin.

Back out on the bike now to enjoy some of this beautiful day but w/o my usual Starbucks stops. Plan is to do 10 mile loops back to home for drinks and a carb or two if needed until I'm tired. All in I did 93 miles last week and 32 of that was yesterday. 20 or so should be good for today. Hope everyone's weekend rocked. Make it, log it, eat it.
