Today has been going great so far! I ran up hill for fifteen minuets and walked down with one of my good friends. It's nice to get running again even if it is a little bit slower than what I was at! I feel awesome, compared to this past week I have a lot more energy today and don't feel as tired. Day one is always the easiest though... I bought a ton of fruits and veggies and will be making kale chips and some paleo granola bars this afternoon!
