Yes, i am a bengali 😎 i worked out consistently 4-5 days a week at gym / home-workout, kept my calories in check....consumed food which were protein rich ( eggs, chicken, paneer, soya chunks) , cooked vegetables, for carbs i opted mostly for roti, legumes (sometimes rice in moderate quantity). I too consumed curd, milk, and nuts for healthy fat. That was more or less my diet throughout. The most important thing is being in a calorie deficit...and it has worked form me

And yes i have been using whey protein ,one scoop per day except on Thursdays and Sundays. I kept changing the whey protein brand every month to find out which one suits me. So far i have tried Asitis, Big Muscle , My Protein and Muscleblaze. All of them had given me results (more or less). However, personally i liked Muscleblaze the most , followed by My Protein.
