I have a question for everyone that is working out. Wednesday was lunge day and I did 2 sets of 10 and 1 set of 12 on each leg with 30# dumbells. Lunges have always been my hardest in my workouts and after the first set I felt nauseous. What are some of your tricks to get thru the feeling? Is it what you eat before workout or is it something you do mentally during a workout to help?
