Did not weight myself today. Will aim to do that once a week to not obsess about it. But I enjoy journalining so this in itself is therapeutic. My eating today was on point and it was effortless. Not difficult but mindful. So I measured an entire serving of yogurt which is 1 cup. I usually only have 1/2 a cup so eating a full one was suprisingly a lot howevber it was very satisfying. It didn't match the granola ratio but it was good healthy food and I needed to eat a bigger breakfast to prevent unnecessary snacking. At lunch was a salad made for me at a restaurant. I asked for dressing on the side, which ended up being perfect, because at this restaurant its usually drowned in dressing. So it cut some extra calories out, made sure to eat all the protein. Then dinner I soaked some beans all last night and cooked them all day. Added some hamburger and vuala a well rounded meal. I'll have some left overs tomorrow. I am having tea as an evening snack and that'll be my day of eating.

I had a very complimentary comment of my spaghetti I made my friend and she said it was the best spaghetti ever she's ever eaten. I'm so thankful for that compliment because I made it out of love. I'm glad she enjoyed it!

Okie dokie, on to the next day. I'm surprised how well I am taking this lower calorie restriction. The last time I dieted I was too, way too hungry to even cut calories. This time so far has been very easy. I'm so incredibly thankful for that. No plan for tomorrow fully but I have many options. I'm glad to have a support system. My husband is out to dinner right now so this may set him back a bit but he'll do fine.
