I found logging a little much at first. But after you have several things you like that are saved in recent meals. It becomes a lot easier. But the constant reminder of logging keeps you on your toes. It keeps you locked into what you're putting in your body at all times! Keep at it... you got this! Even if you use both apps at least you're putting forth the effort.

I feel the same as you. I finally lost a few more lbs but when I took a two day break from logging I gained 4. Ugh. I am praying for you Keep strong

I was gifted WW so I track there just because they give you points and I donated a lot of food to charities but will not renew I like the support on this site

Someday the logging, the planning, and the prepping get to me but it has definitely helped me so I keep going!

@ Diana 1234 yes the logging and planning is for sure a whole job in itself but 100% worth the time.
