These last kgs are so bloody stubborn 🙄 been stuck for several days now. So extended fast it is... Currently on just under 21h and will continue til tomorrow morning. Here's hoping that does the trick, really not looking forward to doing an increase calorie day if it doesn't 🤞🏼
