my dear journal,
it's been a week since i download this app. have to say in love with this app💯. it's tracks every single calories. I need to gain weight. my height 157cm and weight 40kg. my weight goal is 50kg haha too much i know. to gain weight i need to consume 2400calories a day and to maintain weight i need 1600 calories a day but the worst thing is😫 i can't even consume more than 1300 calories a day😓. my highest calories is 1340 and lowest is 800. the first 3 day i consumed more than 1300 cal. but on the 4 day i started to have difficulty in breathing due to hard&bad cough because i was so eager to just eat more that i eat and drink to much dairy products. well now i am "lactose intolerant" means dairy products does not suits my body. but i still ignored it and eat milk kheer😅. on 5th day it caused very bad cough that slept barely for 2 hrs. i couldn't sleep. till morning it worsened. my calories drop so fast from 1300 to 800 on 4th n 5th. 6th day i went to doctor and till evening i was completed normal again. haha so weird😅. so i officially had a bad week😔. i am very much disappointed on i don't listen to my body. i don't think a bit about my heath. i am sad BUT☝️😤 I HOPE THAT THE UPCOMING WEEK I WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF MY HEALTH AND COMPLETE MY CALORIES GOAL PER DAY ATLEAST TILL 2000 CALORIES.👍

dont worry...u should go on a diet break untill u recover! u can always resume ur diet...try to go slow...u have all the time in the world...one week time is really insignificant in long run 😎 all the best for ur journey

Hey there!! We are on same boat as I'm also on mission on gaining weight... I was 40 kg too but now m 42.3 kgs . of course we need to eat more and have good fats instead of bad ones which means we need to cut down the junk completely. I'm working on with my diet with a nutritionist. So if possible, get a professional help. Good luck to us.

You have low appetite ma'am As much I can understand you are a hard gainer who needs more calories to gain but can't consume it because of less hunger I can recommend a supplement which is absolutely safe and non addictive(personally used) also pocket friendly below Rs. 150

you can add bananas to your diet. like when you wake up eat a banana before workout or breakfast. Bananas add healthy calories to your diet. Adding dry fruits (nuts,raisins, almonds) and peanut butter to diet may help😊 Make your days active so that your body requires more energy and you can eat more to fuel it. Stay consistent and you will reach your goal ❤️

Do small work out in the morning which will improve your Matabolisum. Take 5 times a meal which should start with healthy and fully nutritional diet. Drink plenty of water. Further to understand the full diet you can contact me personally @9212188687. Will design your diet.

You are not achieving your desired calories, because you are eating everything ( chewing require time). My simple advise is, make most of the things you eat in liquid form (with grinder or something). Even biscuits (with milk) I am also gaining that's why I know. Drinking 600 cal require hardly 30 sec, but chewing 600 Cal will require at least half hour. With this simple change I am gaining 2-3 kg per month. Initially, my situation was like you. So, Just grind everything and drink. And do not listen to everybody's comments. Not everyone is familier with gaining. Try this method and let me know if it helps you.

And lactose intolerance can easily be tackled with lactase enzyme syrup. Try if you want to.

I hope u are using this apps widget, it quite motivating n make u realize how much you are eating. I dont know. Whether I am lactose intolerant or not bt i dont like smell of milk and sticky taste of raw milk in throat yet I drink tea later o regret its stickyness in throat.
